As a sociocracy, we embody an innovative corporate structure that is highly unique among production companies and which gives us an optimal footing for an agile future.

We are constantly integrating new, innovative methods into our production process. These include:

• Laser cutting technology in Winterthur
• In-line window bonding in Singen

We also pursue innovation in the development of new packaging. Making use of new materials allows us to optimise our packaging and ensure it is more sustainable – an approach that prioritises not only environmental considerations, but also function and cost.
