Fresh products place specific demands on their packaging. For fruit and berries in particular, stability, product protection, easy handling and an appealing presentation on the retail shelf are key.

Our carton trays are designed to meet these requirements. We take material selection, construction, coating, filling processes and storage into account. This results in trays that integrate well into existing processes and provide a reliable packaging solution for sensitive fresh products.

Functionality for filling and product protection

The double-glued rim ensures a high level of stability and enables easy filling, both manually and by machine. A suitable coating can help protect sensitive fruit from moisture and support product quality.

For particularly sensitive products such as raspberries or blueberries, we also offer an integrated absorbent pad. This allows the packaging to be adapted to the requirements of the specific product.

Efficient design for logistics and storage

The space-saving design supports efficient storage and well-coordinated logistics. Our 250 g and 500 g trays are supplied already erected and can be stacked compactly. For the 1 kg baskets, delivery is flat; they can be erected in just a few simple steps before filling.

Individual design for the point of sale

If required, the carton trays can be individually printed. This turns the tray into a brand-specific packaging solution – with your logo, colour scheme and message directly on the packaging.

The trays therefore support not only the protection and handling of your products, but also their visibility on the retail shelf.
