Changes in Executive Management
At the end of February 2026, Andreas Keller stepped down from his operational role as Group CEO after 35 years. On 1 April 2026, management responsibility at the Singen site will be handed over from Ralf Kautzmann to the three Co-CEOs. The succession plan has been carefully structured to ensure continuity for customers, partners, and employees.
Resignation of Andreas Keller as Group CEO
At the end of February 2026, Andreas Keller concluded his operational role as Group CEO after more than 35 years. With vision, innovation, and personal dedication, he has shaped PAWI over three decades. Supported by the loyalty and commitment of all employees, he strategically developed the company and positioned it sustainably for the future. We sincerely thank Andreas Keller for his outstanding dedication, vision, and contribution to PAWI’s long-term success.
As company owner and Chairman of the Board, Andreas Keller remains closely connected to the company. Together with his two daughters and two additional board members, he will continue to support PAWI’s strategic development. His experience and perspective will therefore remain a valuable part of the company going forward.
Changes in Executive Management at the Singen Site
On March 31, 2026, Ralf Kautzmann will hand over the management of the Singen site as part of his upcoming retirement. We would like to sincerely thank Ralf Kautzmann for his many years of dedication and his valuable contribution to the further development of the Singen site.
From 1 April 2026, responsibility will be assumed by the three Co-CEOs Urban Ettlin, Edoardo Finotti, and Silvan Flury. They already serve as managing directors at the Winterthur site. This change strengthens collaboration between the two sites. It lays the foundation for more efficient, coordinated, and forward-looking development. We wish them every success, inspiration, and enjoyment in their expanded roles. Moreover, we thank them in advance for their commitment to PAWI’s continued growth.
Ralf Kautzmann will actively support the transition until the end of 2026 to ensure a structured knowledge transfer and maintain stability throughout this period.
Continuity for Customers and Partners
For our customers, the commitment remains unchanged: quality, reliability, and partnership-based collaboration will continue to be our top priorities. All existing contacts will remain in place. Ongoing projects and existing agreements are not affected by the change in Executive Management.
These measures have been carefully prepared to ensure a smooth transition for customers, partners, and employees.
