Epiphany: a popular holiday in Switzerland

On 6 January, it’s that time of year again – the delicious Three Kings Cake, baked in celebration of Epiphany, can be found on the shelves of countless bakeries and confectioners. People up and down the country seize the opportunity to enjoy a piece, whether at work or with their family. The figures speak for themselves: around 1.5 million Three Kings Cakes are sold in Switzerland every year.

To make this day even more memorable for its customers, SBC has launched the Three Kings campaign in collaboration with Pistor and PAWI. On 6 January, it’s not just the delicate aroma of Three Kings Cake that will get heads turning, but also an eye-catching XXL crown – which is particularly popular with children – as well as attractive competition prizes. There are 120 prizes available all in all, worth a total of CHF 14,200!

And there’s something new for this year too: In addition to entering the competition the classic way with their card, your customers can now also enjoy all the convenience of online entry using the QR code.

With a bit of luck, your customers could win themselves some unforgettable moments of enjoyment and travel adventures:

• 1st prize: Travel voucher from Globetrotter Travel Service worth CHF 5’000.-
• 2nd prize: Voucher from Switzerland Travel Centre for holidays in Switzerland worth CHF 2’500.-
• 3rd prize: Bakery event with breakfast for 10 people at the Richemont Fachschule Lucerne, worth CHF 1’000.-
• 4th to 120th prize: Gourmet vouchers from a baker and confectioner, worth CHF 30.- to CHF 500.-
